  • Generator Services permitting service can assist you with the permitting process for obtaining a permit to operate with South Coast Air Quality Management District and the registration of your portable equipment in CARB's PERP program (Portable Equipment Registration Program). Our Services include completing and preparing the application paperwork, including the emission data, delivering the completed application along with necessary accompanying paperwork to SCAQMD, and monitoring the permitting process as well as communication with assigned engineer, we will even handle the complete public notice process for our customer, if it is required by SCAQMD.

  • Effective July 1, 2014, initial registration into PERP for diesel engines must meet the following Tier levels:
    • 50 To 74 BHP - Final Tier 4
    • 74 To 174 BHP - Interim Tier 4
    • 175 To 750 BHP - Final Tier 4
    • Over 750 BHP - Interim Tier 4
